Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes Jing and Blood, fills the Marrow and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
Poria Fu Ling 9-18g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness and strengthens the Spleen.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Gan Cao 1.5-14g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.
With Dang Gui, for anorexia, fatigue and loose stools due to Spleen Deficiency.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold and regulates the menses.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 3-15g Invigorates the Blood and dispels Blood Stasis.
With Dang Gui, for irregular menstruation and retained lochia from Blood Stasis due to trauma.
Hb. Epimedii Yin Yang Huo 3-15g Tonifies the Kidneys, strengthens Yang and increases the libido.
With Xian Mao, for chills, cold extremities and infertility.
Hb. Lycopi Ze Lan 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and regulates menstruation.
Rz. Curculiginis Xian Mao 3-10g Tonifies the Kidneys and strengthens Yang.
